We fully clean the rooms, bathrooms and common spaces everyday with special disinfectant product.
Cleaning of all common areas and door handles, switches, elevator buttons, room keys between each customer visit.
Each room is blocked for 24h after each customer departure (subject to availability).
We change our cleaning equipment between each room, including rags and microfiber wipes.
Like always, we change systematically all the linen and all the welcoming products available in the room between each client.
Our employees are fully equipped with masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gel.
Our Teams are trained to barrier gestures and are aware to wash their hands regularly.
Reception is not open 24h/7: The health crisis compels us to reduce our team numbers, to ensure an optimal service we stay reachable by phone during your stay.
Breakfast is not available but you can enjoy a take away brunch/breakfast at KOZY, our direct neighbor (urban salon that proposes breakfast and brunch everyday).
